Terms of Service
The short version: we make your sign by hand, we ship it with the duties paid, and if something's wrong we'll put it right. The slightly longer version is below.

Orders
Every sign is made to order in our Somerset workshop. Your order is accepted when we email your confirmation. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Bundle savings — 2 signs 5%, 3 10%, 4 15%, 5 or more 20% — are a benefit of joining the Keepers' Ledger, our free newsletter; tick the box at checkout and the saving is applied to that order. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Delivery
We ship worldwide with all duties and taxes paid (DDP) — the price you see at checkout is the full price, with no surprise fees on arrival. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, but we'll always tell you if something is delayed.
Returns
If your sign isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back — see the returns page for how. Personalised custom signs can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty.
Your account
Keeper accounts are free. Keep your login details to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. We may close accounts that are used abusively or fraudulently.
Our designs
The designs, photography, and words on this site belong to us (or are used with permission). Please don't reproduce them for commercial use without asking first.
The legal bit
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
