You have 30 days from delivery to return any standard sign — no questions asked, and no restocking fee.
Damaged, or simply changed your mind
If your sign arrived damaged, or you've just changed your mind, message us and we'll send a return label straight over.
Made to order
Every sign is made to order in our Somerset workshop, so please allow a few working days before dispatch. If anything about your order isn't right, message us — if the fault is ours, we re-make and re-ship at our cost, no questions asked.
